The Ghana Baptist University College( GBUC) in collaboration with Sumy State University in Ukraine have launched a post graduate programs for African students Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The ceremony took place at the Amakom- Kumasi Baptist University campus yesterday.
The programs offers an opportunity for learners to pursue their masters, PhD, and doctorate degree in Sumy state university, one of the leading and experienced University in Ukraine.
The programs include PhD: international business administration, accounting and finance, Marketing, Human Resource management and environmental natural resource.
MSc: environmental and natural resource, accounting public administration, finance banking and insurance.
MBA: accounting finance, marketing, and Human Resource management.
Speaking at the launch, the President of GBUC, His Excellency Dr. Rev. Yaw Adu Gyamfi admitted that the step which has been taken by GBUC and Sumy State university would help Ghanaian students to proceed to a higher level of education in different accademic fields.
“Undertaken a post graduate program will make people enjoy what we call an intellectual stimulation “, he noted.
According to him, the programs would develope educational connection for learners. As a result the “Post graduate programs would offer the chance to enhance larger more personal networks”.
However, the president has urged all Ghanaians to fast apply for the programs at GBUC and Sumy state university University.
“I highly recommend our postgraduate programs to whoever wants a higher class education which is research oriented”.
The project cordinator of Africa for Sumy state university, Mrs Tetyana May Boroda, highlighted on the need for Africans to pursue higher levels of Education with the Ukrainian University (Sumy State university) hence the collaboration with GBUC.
However, She has assured all applicants that proper structures and Visa process in particular have been properly organized by the University.
