CEO of Black Avenue Music, Desmond Blackmore, aka D-Black has slammed Abeiku Santana and John Dumelo for what he termed as poor performance as tourism ambassadors.
According to him, the two key personalities who were appointed to use their influence to promote Ghana as a tourist destination over the past two years have failed miserably.
He blamed the Ghana Tourism Authority “GTA” for picking the two, arguing that, they are not better than others in the creative art industry, but they chose to pick them to suit their purpose.
“Who is Abeiku Santana and who is John Dumelo? Every one of us has our professions, so the ministry decides the people they want to push our tourism agenda with.
“I don’t work with the ministry, I don’t work with the tourism authority, and I know for a fact that not everyone appointed tourism ambassador campaigned for the NPP. I didn’t,” D Black stressed in an interview with GhanaWeb.
